Cheryl has 25 years of grant writing and administration experience while employed both by non-profit organizations and city and county governments. She has been a social services planner for the city of Jacksonville, United Way of Northeast Florida, and Jacksonville Community Council, Inc. Cheryl has a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of North Florida. She considers one of her greatest accomplishments to be a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant for Housing Rehab of unsafe homes owned by senior citizens in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
