On behalf of Council on Aging of West Florida, Brandi Gomez, development director, was awarded a Judges' Award for their work on creating a Corporate Sponsorship Packet at the 2016 Image Awards for the Pensacola Chapter of Florida Public Relations Association.
Based on the increasingly aging population needing services, Council on Aging of West Florida had to find ways to generate steady income beyond sponsorships of their annual event. Council on Aging created a corporate sponsorship packet to convert event sponsors to annual corporate sponsors and develop partnerships with new organizations.
A Judges' Award is presented by judges for an outstanding entry that achieves maximum results while using a minimum amount of money.
